Cancellation of High Table when too few are signed in
Posted by Fellows' Steward, Mar 20, 2012
When fewer than three Fellows or at least one Fellow and a guest have signed in for High Table dinner by the deadline of 11am on the day (the previous Friday for dinner on Sunday) then the dinner will be cancelled. In that case diners will be notified by email, if available, by noon on the day of the deadline. If no email address is registered the catering staff will endeavour to contact the diner by telephone as soon as possible thereafter.

The Fellows' website is the new hub for general information and news concerning the Fellowship.
There will be fewer Fellows' emails, and more news will be published on the website, so we suggest bookmarking the link below.
The site requires a Raven account. If you do not have one, or if there's any other information you would like to see on the site, please contact the Registrar.
Wine at High Table
Posted by Fellows' Steward, Jun 09, 2009 (updated Jun 09, 2009)
Further to the decision to charge Fellows for wine consumed at High Table we have now added a box to the web signing list where Fellows may indicate whether they wish to take wine. By default this is set to 'Yes' and so must be changed to 'No' if necessary. There is a similar box for each guest. If the box contents are set to 'No' you will not be charged fo wine but it is still your responsibility to ensure that wine is not poured for you or any non-drinking guests. Inverting your glasses is a sufficient indication that you do not want them filled.
If you are signed up to dine below you will not be charged for wine irrespective of the setting of the box. Nor will you be poured wine unless it is paid for from some predesignated source.
Changes

The booking system has been updated so that those with dining privileges can sign up with their guests under their own name. You should select Dining Privilege Holders as before and then select your own name on the next screen.
